Beda itu Unik

Banyak orang beranggapan membesarkan dan mendidik anak kedua akan lebih mudah, karena sudah ada pengalaman dengan anak sebelumnya. Tapi hal tersebut tidak sepenuhnya benar lho. 

Begini, pada dasarnya setiap anak terlahir dengan keunikan dan kelebihannya masing-masing. Jangankan adik-kakak yang terlahir beda bulan apalagi beda tahun, anak kembar identikpun pasti memiliki perbedaan. Nah, tugas kita sebagai orang tua bukan mencari persamaan atau menyamakan setiap anak, tetapi menggali potensi masing-masing anak.

Tetap Waras Dengan Menulis

FAKTA : menulis itu bisa mengobati luka jiwa dan menjaganya tetap "waras".

Maksudnya gini, ada orang yang tipenya "jago" menyimpan perasaan (like me). Tipe orang seperti ini paling ngga bisa curhat masalah pribadi ke orang lain. Parahnya, kepada pasanganpun terkadang sulit untuk mengungkapkannya.

Dalam hal ini bukan merahasiakan sesuatu hal dalam artian negatif yaah,  tapi lebih ke arah apa yang dirasakan dan dipikirkan.

buruknyaaa,  tipe seperti ini tiba-tiba bisa "meledak-ledak". Jadi seperti menyimpan BOM WAKTU.

Kenapa? Karena, psikologi perempuan itu memang HARUS mengeluarkan kurang lebih 20.000 kata setiap harinya.

Jangan heran kalo banyak perempuan punya "hobi" ngerumpi.

Tapi beda dengan tipe "penyimpan perasaan" yang ngga bisa setiap waktu bercerita.

Bayangkan, jika menyimpan dua puluh ribu kata setiap hari, betapa beratnya beban dari penyimpanan itu. Wajar ajaa klo tiba-tiba meledak karena hal sepele.  Itu karena daya tampungnya yang pecah dan saya menyebutnya KETIDAKWARASAN.

KABAR BAIK bagi yang setipe dengan saya, untuk menghindari si "bom waktu" aktif,  salurkan saja 20.000 kata dalam bentuk tulisan.
Yaaah, dengan menulis, selain bisa menyalurkan perasaan, juga bisa mengutarakan pemikiran. Bisa jadi apa yang ditulis ternyata menginspirasi perempuan lainnya diluar sana.

Dasar memulai bisnis bagi pemula

Profesi yang paling menjanjikan sekarang ini adalah ENTERPRENEUR atau pengusaha. Semua jenis usaha apa saja yang bisa dilakukan individual atau kelompok baik barang atau jasa. Kelebihannya adalah target, cara pencapaian sampai hasil akhir nantinya dapat diusahakan oleh diri sendiri, sehingga semua kemungkinan atas resiko dan keuntungan yang akan diperoleh akhirnya dapat dinikmati sendiri.

Berapa banyak waktu yang dihabiskan di tempat kerja jika berstatus sebagai 'Pegawai'? minimal 8 jam sehari, 6 hari seminggu. belum lagi jarak antara rumah dan tempat kerja.

Mempunyai usaha sendiri mungkin sudah banyak terlintas dalam benak banyak orang yang diantaranya berstatus sebagai pegawai. Namun hanya sedikit sekali yang berani mengambil keputusan untuk menjalankan apa yang 'tumbuh subur' dalam pikirannya. Memang tidak mudah untuk meninggalkan apa yang sudah biasa dilakukan, dan hal itu memang membutuhkan TEKAD yang kuat bahkan tidak jarang dimulai karena 'KEPEPET' atau terpaksa karena tidak ada jalan lain untuk memperoleh penghasilan. Tapi justru karena hal-hal tersebutlah yang dapat memicu seseorang untuk mengeluarkan 110% kemampuan dan potensinya untuk lebih fokus dalam usahanya.

Beberapa hal berikut ini mungkin yang menjadi POKOK PEMIKIRAN seseorang untuk memulai usahanya :

WRITTING and READING (part 2)

Many things like informations, educations and others can we get with reading. Not limited to the book, but we can get a lof of informations like current issue from news paper, magazine or others. For simple example is blogging. Many people discuss things or just want to share what they know, think or else to other people from their own blog. Many things that they write, starting from they feels about something, they experience, they opinion about one or more think(s). Even they often write something that they never told to anyone. Really weird but that's real.

Many people earn a lot of money from their posting in their blog. They write an article or just write a testimony about a product or others then the owner who ask them (owner of a blog) to write it will give money for payment. Not a few people make their hobby to their job even being it a career.

Experience, ability, education or connection

Which one the most necessary thing in the world of work? experience, ability, education or connection?

With out minimum requirement at least in education, you can't be to acceptance. Education with out experience, you haven't an added value and you'll be placed in entry level. Experience without ability never send you to higher level. Even if you have minimum education to require, much experience and good ability but you haven't a connection, your career track will long and hard.

So.., if i resume about the most necessary thing in job world is a GOOD CONNECTION.

But you don't be negative or lose you spirit to keep find great job with great position without Connection. Because not everyone seems that.

SO..., the right thing that we should to do is always try to be a great person. No matter you have a connection or not, if you are a great worker,  there' still many companies waiting for an employee like you. Never give-up for learning and add you ability then experience will be to come to you it self.

Refreshing

Bored with all the same routine every day. The same job, those same people, same problem and all other activities are always the same from day to day.

When all the boredom that had reached the limit, what will happen? many possibilities.

WRITTING and READING (part 1)

Writing is our second lesson after reading. Since we began to recognize early education, reading and writing is taught first. Because we unknowingly reading and writing activities are most often we do until whenever. Without speaking, we still can do many things if we can read and write, but if we can not read and write, we will often face difficulties in life.

As a small example. Think you can not talk but you good at writing everything you feel, everything you think. Like making an article, you do not need to talk, you need the most knowledge gained from reading and you realization in the form of an essay or journal and others.

In my opinion, writing is not an easy job or activity. Why? Because in making a piece, we must think about whether our writing reader understand what we mean? whether they can understand what we describe in the text? whether they can feel what we feel or think about what we think, after they read it.

 

There's a saying the book is a window of the world. By reading, we can know everything without having to go anywhere. To find news in other places or a science we do not have to carry heavy books. Today science and technology have developed rapidly. Now it's a lot of books in electronic form which pupolar called "e-book", so we do not need to bring the physical book. With the e-book, we seemed to bring dozens of books in our grasp.
With writing, we can share our knowledge and experience to those around us and even the whole world. There will be no interest in books / articles / journals, if authors are not adept at attracting other people to read their works by providing useful information, interesting stories, or knowledge that may be forgotten. 

 

Not only with the e-book we can gain more knowledge, the Internet also provides solutions to many outstanding advantages such as we can see the news in another country from where we sit today, we can see and communicate with relatives or our colleagues who are placed other at the same time, with that we can share what we feel or think with the people around the world through writing (blogs), video share, friendship network (Facebook, twitter, etc). 

The important thing in a relationship

Many things that must be considered in any relationship. But there are some things that really should be done, such as honesty, trust, openness, understanding, caring and tolerance. Without one of them a relationship will not work in harmony.

from a hobby into an entrepreneur

Not a few people making money from activities that initially a hobby. Even the work that started from a hobby more success than based on education. I'm sure will arise the question in your mind, why? The answer is very simple. People who make a hobby as a job would be more able and ready to take all the challenges there, because they enjoyed it and would be pleasure to find the best solution to solve all the problems.
